Please help me,

I have asylum claim in other country and soon i will change my status from asylum to regular working visa.

I will apply for Spousal sponsorship in Canada soon.

Do i need to disclose my refugee claim in the background checklist even i already withdraw my asylum claim.

I am having a hard time here. Thank you.

Yes - you need to mention your refugee claim in your spousal sponsorship application.

Do you think there will be an effect in my application? The real reason for my asylum claim is economic reason and change my status once get a sponsor. Is immigration will question me about that?

The asylum claim may cause CIC to examine your application more closely to ensure your relationship is genuine. Make sure you provide plenty of proof to demonstrate your relationship is in fact real.

Our relationship is genuine and I am sure of that. I just want to make it sure that this asylum claim in the other country will not be a hindrance for the sponsorship

No - it won't be. Just make sure you're 100% truthful about your immigration history in your sponsorship application.

The truth.
