Asvad & Friends- Need help on PNP's

Hi Asvad/ other friends,
I will be obliged if any one in this group could help me in finding available provinces that we can apply for PNP programs(with out job offer) as of today. I just received Ielts score and not even reaching the boundaries of the cutoff score. So, planning to apply to all available provinces. Thanks in advance.
