Assigned to an officer

Hello friends,
I have called CIC today, they advised that my application assigned to an officer, at last, I have been waiting since last note on my ATIP on 4th Jul 2014 as follows:
Applicant passed first test, however,residence issues/concerns not resolved at time of interview. file is being returned to RQ queue to be assigned to an officer for review/analysis. FPAT required. WT

Applied: Dec 2011
RQ: Jul 2012
Test: May 2014 , she handed me CIT 052 asking for passport translation by authorized ATIO.
Last note was 4th Jul 2014 with the above details.

Do you think I should expect oath letter or Judge hearing (don't know about that FPAT thing) ?
How long is the average for an officer to review Analyze ?

Hello,

We almost have the same time line. I also just received the same form directly from an officer requesting me to send additional information within 30 days. I am hoping that is indeed a good thing as the file has been assigned to an officer and hopefully they will review the documents very rapidly and schedule us for oath. I agree that the documents they are asking were all part of the original RQ that was mailed to them, very stranger.
Here is my timeline below:

October 2011: Application sent
July 2012: Started Processing
July2012: Received RQ
August 2012: RQ Sent
March 2014: Passed Exam
January 2015: Received CIT 0520

Yes indeed, we have very similar timeline, I hope everything go smooth for both of us , I will keep you updated and please you do so.
May I ask , what type of documentations do they asked you to provide?
