Hi everybody!
Will be very appreciated if somebody gives me some advice.

I am almost 40 years old, my husband is 2 years older. We live in Ukraine and have a daughter 14 years old. We plan her to enter Canadian college in 2 years.
I have more than 10 years experience as financial specialist including 5 years of CFO/Finance director. My husband has more than 10 years experience in Sales including Sales director. I have upper-intermediate level of English and am learning it now, and I expect to pass EILTS in 6 months or 1 years and get not less than 7-8 marks. My husband has only started to learn it.

So, my questions are:
1. Do I have chance to finish application process before 45? as far as I understand at 45 the term expires and "carriage turns into a pumpkin":)
2. Do I have chance for Federal programm or only provincial program? and what province do you recommend for financial specialist and sales?
3. If we apply as a family and do not get permission in 2 years yet could my daughter apply individually as a student ? don`t we prejudice the interests of her?
4. Could i get a job offer as a financial specialist in Canada being in Ukraine? Can I pass some exams and get certificates in finance on-line or in Ukraine/East Europe which raise my chance to get job in Canada?
5. do somebody from Ukraine can recommend me a company which has successful experience in services for people immigrating to Canada?

Looking forward to your comments and advices.
