Hi. Usually it takes around 1 week. Many people got DM last week and are waiting for PPR. So may be next week it will be issued. What is your timeline?

I got the DM sept 19 but still no PPR...but my friend who applied same as mine got her already right away...is it normal that sometimes got delayed??my open work will expired on january...do i need to apply for the extension??

Yes 90% of people who got DM in past 3-4 weeks have not got PPR yet. So you are not alone.
We don't know the reason yet that why cic is not issuing PPRs but the process has slowed down a lot in last month.
We are just waiting to see something good happen soon.
