Asking for reconsideration of the decision

Hello All,

I applied for visitor visa for my grandmother and mother- 2 separate Mycic profiles.

1. Grand mother: I sponsored her and showed good bank balance. Showed her property papers where she lives in India with her son.

2. Mother: My dad sponsored her as she is a homemaker and my dad isn't traveling and that's her connection to go back to India.

Both the applications got rejected today: Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

I intend to write a detailed letter asking for reconsideration of the decision by the Program Manager and pointing out all of the fact of the case and documents that were submitted.

Q. Whom do we send this to? Address etc?
Q. This letter will be submitted online on the same mycic profile or on paper?
Q. Do we submit all the other paperwork we submitted?

Thanks

It's faster and cheaper to submit new applications than to appeal, which can take years and a lawyer.
