Asking for offer letter

I submitted my all documents in Vfs global (Dec 12.2019) for a Canadian university(Jan2020) intake. After 20 days of submitting they asked me for some papers like my father's business proof (secondary investigate).I already sent those papers. After 15 days now they are asking for May offer letter from that university. I can bring offer letter from that University. But my question is why they are asking for offer letter? Is it a good sign for visa acceptance? Please help m guys.

Nope. I applied with the acceptance of January intake.. but it was too late! So now they are asking for May acceptance..

Ok, so thats just a basic requirement since you didn't make it for January, eoesnt really say much about chances or anything.

I have completed my secondary inquiries..So what you think? After secondary inquiry now they are asking for May Acceptance from that university..
