ASKING FOR HELP AFTER refusing my application,trying to re-apply again

Good day,
I am looking and asking for help with regards to my application for student permit.I just received the other the refusal letter from the VO canadian embassy of manila.I am asking for a favor can somebody send me a copy of the SOP, sample of STUDY PLAN and cover letter for studying a HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (2yrs.)I am totally sad and depressed because of the news I received,I don't know if I can make it by this time,I'm hoping and praying that my application as a student permit will be accepted.My class will start on Sept.04,2012.And also it is OK if I should I consult a visa expert in my place?Hoping for reply and advice's.Thank you and God bless.My email add is melody_igpit@yahoo.com

Btw, what's SOP? I'm also planning on applying for study permit and this SOP thing has got me curious. It's mentioned in the guidelines, also.

I wonder the same. Canadian education institutions often refuse students due to an inadequate English test result. My guess. Or lack of money.
But I am not sure.
On the other side the bureaucracy in Canada is as painful as in other European countries so if you miss to attach a document or even the slightest thing to your application they send the package back to you based on my own experience.

Hello!thank you for asking.
The reason for rejection is that:
1.You have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence.
2.You have not demonstrated that you or your parents have sufficient income and assets to justify your proposed studies.
3.Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualifications,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other educational opportunities available in your country or Canada,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans.

This are the reasons for rejection.
I am already accepted in NAIT school (Northern Alberta Institute Technology) and my sister will sponsor me in terms of tuition fees,foods and other expenses in short i will stay at my sisters house in edmonton.

If this is the case I'm sorry to say it is impossible to get a visa !! U shud have never shown ur sister as a sponsor who is already in Canada ! It clearly shows u guys r not established in ur own country !! Now u shud try for sum other country as Canada visa chances are zero !! The same thing happened with my cousin for Australia and he applied thrice nd got rejected finally got into new Zealand !!!

SOP and stay with your sister in canada has nothing to do with your application.
Instead you better concentrate on course selection, source of finanace.

And kindly mention your past study and proposed study in canada.
also mention about ielts, how much fund you show?

What do they mean by your future prospects and plans???

Also, having family in Canada doesn't/shouldn't reduce your chances to get a visa. Maybe you just need to show them you were employed and had source of income in your country, have any property or business. And ofcourse, your English should be very good, specially if you're going for academic purposes.

Try getting admission in a study program that is relevant to your educational background.

You have nursing education and you have not even tried to obtain the required license to work as nurse in your home country.

Your only chance to obtain study visa will be to match your study program in Canada with your educational background.

Even if your sister is sponsoring, she should be financially strong to bear the additional burden of your boarding and education costs.

SOP is not going to affect your case positively or negatively.
Its useless document with no prooven fact.

Your refusal reason is your course selection.
tell me is there any relation between hospitality mgt. and nursing?
even there is relation, you already completed bachelor degree and you are inspired for diploma.
after bachelor you should opt for atleast PG level diploma course in your related field or Master.

Source of finance means even no matter you are going to stay with your sister still you have to show them
atleast 1st year tution fees + 10000$ living cost + other 3000$.

Now you better concentrate on your course selection rather than SOP(A document with no prooven fact.)
