asking about BEPC steps and costs

Hi
asking for my friend in Lebanon he have pharmacist bachelor degree pharmacist if he gonna evaluated by WES they will give him bachelor degree, But if he going through BEPC evaluation he will get license degree that mean for Express Entry ( Master degree ) ...
Now he need help about the costs and whole time line , And can the exams be taken in Lebanon to your knowledge?

NO if he apply his WES certificate they will consider it a professional degree as PEBC however he can not work as a community pharmacist without being evaluated with PEbc
