I received an e mail from IRCC that confirms that my application to sponsor a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class was received by immigration on 16/05/2018.
On the second paragraph it states the provincial requirements for residents of Quebec and that I need to submit an undertaking application to MIDI for a QSC in the next 30 days.
Problem is that the website clearly states that I need sponsorship approval letter from IRCC in order to submit my undertaking for QSC.... The e mail I got from IRCC says nothing about sponsorship approval.
I will include the e- mail in my application for QSC that I received from IRCC, but I'm not sure that it will qualify as sponsorship approval ???
