Asked to send additional PR card pictures anyone know why?

Hello,
I became a PR in early November 2015, last week I got a request to send additional pics does anyone know why? It seems a few people have been.
Also they enclosed a self addressed envelope to return pictures, should I use this or send it via registered tracking post.

Apparently they changed the photo requirements, so a lot of people have had to send in new ones. As for how to send them, I'm not sure. You can use the envelop they included or send it another way.

Thanks there is 2 different address one for pr new card mail or one for courier which would registered post fall under? The one that's included is for the pr new regular mail
Just unsure which to send myself if I go registered

Hi i landed August 26th and got request for new photos early October. i tried to register them but was told not possible as it a Po box they must be sent to.

Yes that's why I was gonna send to the courier address listed I would be just worrier pics would never get there? And there's no way of checking to see they got the pics?
