Asked to re do medicals but no instruction received yet help!

Immigration had reply my email and they said they would match them when they get it, so i think it will be ok (hopefully). Did they already got your medicals? Has the status online changed because i know sometimes they don't updated until you get the final decision..

Hi, yes they recieved our medical directly from the panel physician (I think it's called e-medical).

We have to wait for CIC to advise us when they will give back the original passport and PR papers hopefully.

Sent my support documents on friday 18th, just checked online and it is already in process since october 14th, medicals were received on october 14th.

What were your support documents they asked for? I don't have any idea how long - hopefully fast!

They asked me for original birth certificate, policial, judicial and penal certificate , also medical was expired so got to re do it for me and my son..

Did they ask you for your original passports for you and your son? If they did, then it will be quicker to issue your visas once they have checked over your documents. Good Luck.

Hi, you should get it real soon as we got our Visa and confirmation of PR yesterday!

They will send you an email to go to the Embassy to pick up
Your passport and documents if your documents are fine.

Thank you. We are very happy as one can imagine. You will get it, as long as your papers are ok, it's the just a matter of time. They usually ask for your passport original when they have a good idea they are going to issue your Visa...be positive... You speak/write very good english... Where in Canada is your husband? I can imagine! Still can feel your happiness through here . We were so excited about the new that forgot to write down that i received an email from embassy yesterday, seems like IMM5669 option 8 wasn't fill properly yet and they were asking me to submit detailed information about my situation in China (I was born in China but pretty much has no record there since i moved to Lima when i was 3) anyway..already submitted a certificate from Chinesse embassy here in Lima so just waiting for their response...hopefully China situation will be clear for them...

For sure we will love to be in your shoes really soon! Time even a week is just so difficult when your heart is miles away. Btw my husband is from Toronto..where does your husband/wife lives in Canada?

I am in Canada, Toronto, my spouse is in Lima as well. Yes, you have a unique story. But like I said, be positive and patient and you will get it. Please post on here when you do.
