Asked for passport...?

Hi guys, I need your opinion.
My husband went to Belgrade ambassy yesterday to bring some additional documents they needed. Then he was asked to bring one more thing tommorow. After he left ambassy he received phone call from them and they want him to bring in his passport!!! Is that good or what? What do you think?

We sent application in october to Missisauga, it went to Vienna in December, in January it was transfered to Belgrade. Two weeks ago we called them just to check what is going on and here we are now...

Hi,

The Belgrade Embassy may not have much backlog of PR applications and hence the IO might have made a quick review of the additional documents submitted by your husband. My feeling is that he has made a final decision to grand the PR visa for him and the immediate call is a good sign. So just relax too hear the good news from your husband. Wish you both good luck!.

if they call him to bring his passport that mean maybe they will give him the visa but you can check here

Belgrade IO never updates ecas so I can not find anything out. But I hope you guys are right!!! Yeeey! I shouldn't be this happy yet, who knows. Maybe it's nothing...

You guys were right! He got it! Went to the ambassy and they stamped visa in his passport at the spot...i am extremely happy!!!! Thank you for your support and I wish you all the best in life... ;D
