Asked for height and eye colour, for PR application

Hi everyone, has anyone got email after decision made on PR application , asking about spouse's height and eye colour.

We didn't receive any PR confirmation but since last week status on ecas shows decision made from in process. Its been more 2 year since I applied for PR

Can anyone suggest anything this situation.

Yes, I got the Ready for visa email from LVO, in the letter they mentioned the height and eye color. Cause I was outland applicant when submitted, but now we are all in Canada, So no need send passports to LVO, just advise them knowning we are in Canada via webform. They will make the virtual landing.
Still waiting the CoPR.
