My spouse have received email that they need police character certificate and extensive chat log. Now question is I don’t chat often as I usually talked over what’s app calling or Facebook messenger and audio and video calls. Can you suggest please asap as I just have one month to respond back.

I would take screenshots of all your call logs and send what you have in chat. If you have a lot of call logs then I am sure that would help.
