I come from MALI in west africa, it seems like your case it's same to mine. So just Send them an explanation letter with the form filled of N/A if you didn't
do it, it'll be fine 'cause this is what I did and I've got my PR

Hi My father is in a similar situation, so my question is, only LOE is enough for IRCC. It is not mandatory in my father's country to serve in military.
Where to put N/A in form IMM 5546? it has service start date end date, , date completed, so many date fields , so where to put n/a on that form, let me know about your experience. Thanks in advance for your help.
