Asivad please help - Before pressing button for final submission

Hi Asivad and all seniors,
Just before making final submission for my PR application I want to double sure that I have not missed anything. Please have a look and let me know if I have uploaded all required documents.
• Main Applicant Checklist
1. Marriage License/Certificate : I have uploaded my marriage certificate in PDF format
2. Proof of Relationship: My uncle(Fathers elder brother) has prepared an Affidavit and got notarized from Canadian Attorney which states our relationship. Supporting documents are passport copy of my father which got his father name and degree certificates of my Uncle which has his father name. Both names are same.
3. Passport travel documents: I have uploaded my complete passport both old and new in one PDF.
4. Education diploma/degree : I have uploaded one PDF file which has ECA report, MBA degree and marksheet,B.com degrees and mark sheets and my IELTS result
5. Digital Photo: As per CIC requirement. But size of photo is exceeding 200KB. Will this be a problem?
6. Police certificate : one PDF with PCC from two different countries
7. Proof of Medical Exam : Uploaded Information print sheet
8. Employment records: I have uploaded one PDF with Referral letter, Offer letter, Salary letter, Designation letter and my last one year pay slips.Do we need anything else in this section?
9. Family Member Proof of status : Uploaded my uncle Canadian passport and utility bills
10. Proof of means of financial Support: Uploaded letters from 3 different banks . I have sufficient balance as per CIC requirement only in one bank acc. Rest 2 accounts bank certificate I am enclosing just for CIC information as in their website they have asked to include all our accounts. Also bank in which I have sufficient balance includes both mine and my wife salary. In such case do I need to write any LOE and get it signed from my wife. Please advise. Can you share fomat of LOE please

• Spouse documents

• Dependent Child
1. Passport/Travel documents : I have uploaded complete passport in one PDF
2. Digital photo: As per CIC requirement. But size of photo is exceeding 200KB. Will this be a problem
3. Birth Certificate : Uploaded
4. Proof of medical exam : Uploaded information print sheet

General Question :
• Does quality of scan matter like 300DPI or 600 DPI. All that matter is it should be in a good readable format.?
• I know I have uploaded some extra stuffs like mark sheets and complete passport scan. It is just I don’t want to take any chance.Hope extra document will not create any problem.
• Also , I am enclosing bank statements from all 3 banks along with bank certificates. My bank statements from 2 different banks got different address on it as I have never updated address in one bank. Will it create any problem ?

Provided the referral letter has your job responsibilities matching with the chosen NOC, you've actually provided too much information.
9. Family Member Proof of status : Uploaded my uncle Canadian passport and utility bills

The other 2 accounts are unnecessary but leave them in there if you don't mind sharing that information with CIC. The key thing about bank account 1 is going to be average balance Vs present balance. If there is not a significant variation therein, it should be fine. Also, you might be asked to prove ownership of funds in that account because it has your spouse's salary as well. Recommend that you don't highlight this part for now and wait for CIC to ask you this question (if and when they do) and cross that bridge then.

In my last ITA document checklist, CIC asked me to provide proof of relationship twice:
one-
Main Applicant Checklist (This came first)
1. Marriage License/Certificate of spouse
2. Proof of Relationship: address where I would staying etc

two-
Proof of relationship for relative I got points for- My uncle will give me his passport and utility bills for this. Do I need to provide his birth certificate as well?CIC doesnt ask for it.

What do I do with the first requirement? Am a single applicant so am not sure why CIC would ask me for the first one.

You'll need to provide conclusive evidence that they are related to you. One way of doing that is to match their father's name with the respective parent's father's name on their identity documents - passports/birth certificates. Providing one such document per person would be sufficient.

What do I do with the first requirement? Am a single applicant so am not sure why CIC would ask me for the first one.

Mention the old date itself but add a short note of explanation that you've got the report updated recently.

For me, there were 2 sections as well, but rephrased slightly different:
1- proof of relationship status and address etc...where I gave my uncle's utility bills and canadian passport copy
2- proof of relationship. ..where I put all our passport relationship pages (my passport with my dad's name, his passport with his parents' names ans my uncle's proof of overseas indian citizen with parents' name.....to prove that they are brothers) none of them have birth certificates, and canadian passport doesn't mention parents' names... but apparently all indian govmnt issued documents seem to have it so used passports and overseas citizen certificate- hope it works...I also added an LOE explaining the documents and relationship.

No. That report would still be valid.

Does these files has be to in Colour format, or normal scan documents will do the job ?

I received ITA October 2, however I have some job reference letters form June 2015 that I used when applying for OPNP. Are these reference letters too old to be used? Do I need to get more recent reference letters?
