Hello Asivad/Friends,

I am on the upload section now after completing the forms. Here are some questions I have. Could you let me know your thoughts.

1. Offer of Employment and Letter of Employment Fields - I am working on a Non LMIA based job in Canada. However, I said yes to the job offer in Canada. What should I upload in these sections?

2. Letter of Explanation Field - I see a separate LOE section to upload. I have 3 LOEs for three different fields. What is the best way to add the LOE against each field?

Answer No and this will be simplified automatically.

2. Letter of Explanation Field - I see a separate LOE section to upload. I have 3 LOEs for three different fields. What is the best way to add the LOE against each field?

Either all of them as separate pages in a master LOE in that placeholder along with each section's LOE in that section as well or just the master LOE placeholder without section specific LOE. Both are ok.

Thank you Asivad. Appeciate your help! OK then I will change the response as No. However, I had answered Yes previously and those responses are locked. Changing it Post ITA wouldn't create a red flag?

Not a problem. If you're still worried, add that to the LOE explaining your post ITA action of changing it to No because you incorrectly chose Yes earlier.

Thanks a lot. Once again, I have three LOEs for three sections and as per your suggestion I will compile all of them and make one PDF Master LOE as well specifying the sections against each.
