Dear Asivad Anac,

I have already submitted my EE application under FSW inside Canada on July.20th.2015 and I got the AOR at the same day. However, nothing happened after the submission. Even my medical exam has not been passed, still showing medical exam: not needed at this time. I have confirmed with my doctor and he said that he had submitted my medical form to Emedical on July.18th.2015.

I saw many applicants who submitted their applications around mine got their medical passed in no more than 2 weeks. For my case, it it normal? What should I do right now?

Too early in my opinion. Give the system 6-8 weeks at least.

This is gonna be a lot to ask you but i am sure you have right answer.As you know..i am refuesd applicant from april.I asked you few days ago for medical and you said i can go ahead if i have done after jan 2015 but my consultant wants me and my wife to re do..since old medical will be linked with old file and when they check it they will see it for refused file and may ne problem.but when i send my wife to medical yesterday, doc denied to do medical and said it will be valid and we wont do medical twice unless expired or there is request from cic.
I have made appointment for me on 18,but i havent talked with doc..receptionist said i can go for another medical? i am afraid may be when i go for medical, doc can say no for me too..i cudnt find any link nowhere so that i can convience my consultant that 5 mnth old medical will be oki?what shall i do to convience them????

What was the exact date when you had your first medical?

Unless your refusal was due to the medical, you should be able to reuse it. CIC says:

The results of your exam are only valid for 12 months. When you submit your application for permanent residence, the results of your exam must be valid for at least 6 months.

Talk to your consultant again. Ask him to show you the exact rule that says you can't reuse them. If he still insist you need to do it, get him to a) convince the doctor and b) to pay for it as I presume it was your consultant's fault that you were rejected the first time.

You're paying this guy good money - put him to work for it.
