Dear Asivad Anac,

I am an inland FSW applicant under EE. I have submitted my application on 20th.July.2015 and got the aor at the same date. But my application has not received any update since I submitted it, even my medical shows NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME. It has been more than 2 months, is there anything I can do other than just wait? Immediately contact your clinic to find out the status on your Medicals. Confirm when they uploaded the results to CIC.

Thank you for your reply. My clinic has already uploaded my ME results to Emedical before I submitted my application and they have sent me the receipt which shows they really did it. What should I do the next?

Order GCMS notes - it costs 5 dollars, takes a month to get and has to be done from inside Canada by you or your representative.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I will order the notes. Right now, I still can not get access to the ECAs. I think they have not started to process my application yet. It is very unfair, I saw lots of people under the same stream got updates.

in pr application in personal details in my spouse section i write her after marriage name and then the form ask question the person before known as any other name i select yes and choose before marriage name tab and write before marriage name ..now in check list in my tab means principal applicant tab marriage certificate comes and in spouse tab legal name change doc comes....so my question is both r same i have to upload marriage certificate in both the tab??

Marriage certificate, on its own, might not be sufficient to act as a legal change of name document. Get a notarized affidavit declaring that the same person has multiple name variations across multiple documents along with self-attested copies of those documents showing the different variations of their name.

Marriage certificate, on its own, might not be sufficient to act as a legal change of name document. Get a notarized affidavit declaring that the same person has multiple name variations across multiple documents along with self-attested copies of those documents showing the different variations of their name.

That for and on behalf of myself issue fully renounce/relinquesh and abandon the use of my former name/surename of "XYZ" (old name)and in place there of I do here by asume from this date the name/surename undersign "ABC" new name and so that I issue may here after be called, known and distinguish not by my former surename but assume name/surename "ABC" (new name).

2. That for the purpose of evidensing such my determination declare that I self that all time here after in all record dids and writtings and in all proceeding private as well as upon all occation what so erver used and sigend my undersigend "ABC" (new name), as my name in place and substitution of former name.

3. That expresly authorised and request all persons in general and relatives and friends in particular, at times here after to designate and address me, my husband remitter issue by such assumed name/surename of "ABC" (new name).

This appears to be a formal name change document - this would certainly work provided it is registered with the relevant authorities in your country.

Now I have shown three account as pof now In this one account is on my wifes name and I do joint account with her ...now I need any affidavit from wife side...like she have no objection if I use this fund...

No affidavit as your name is on the account as well. Just get a signed self-declaration (on plain paper) from your wife that they have no reservations against you utilizing these funds as your POF.

Your ECA is valid. The confusion with the IMM suffix is that, for some time now, WES reports are carrying this suffix which was not the case with older reports. Just send a note to WES to confirm if your ECA is valid for CIC-EE purposes and, if it isn't, ask them to send you a revised report.
