Can we apply for Alberta province without Job offer from this Province like we do for New Brunswick or Saskatchewan?

If you are looking to apply under Skilled Worker category, No. You will need a job offer.

You may qualify, if you have been offered a permanent and full-time job by an Alberta employer in an eligible skilled occupation.

The following are not eligible to apply to the AINP:

Clergy, Elementary and Secondary School Teachers, Professional Athletes and Dental Laboratory Bench Workers

Refugee claimants, or individuals involved in a federal appeal or removal process. It is not the mandate of the AINP to intervene in the federal refugee claim, appeal or removal process.

Live-in Caregivers currently living in Canada

Temporary Foreign Workers working and residing in a province other than Alberta

International students studying in Canada and doing co-op work placements or internships as part of their study program.

Asvad & Friends- Need help on PNP's

Hi Asvad/ other friends,
I will be obliged if any one in this group could help me in finding available provinces that we can apply for PNP programs with out job offer as of today. I just recieved Ielts score and not even reaching the boundaries of the cutoff score. So, planning to apply to all available provinces. Thanks in advance.

You can try for Ontario. You have to have atleast 400 points in express entry profile. I'm not sure if the quota for this year is over or not.

I am at 447 with 2133 NOC and still no OOPNP PT from last 1 week
