Application /Profile status as Invitation received and not Open

Hi I have a quick question . I had submitted my PR application on Friday 16th October at 7:00 pm . I have seen in the forum that that people usually get their AOR the same date the profile is submitted online. I did not receive any AOR, I received only a receipt with receipt number .I have also seen that my application status is Invitation received and not Open. The following are my details.

Application/profile status Invitation Received
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
A FINAL decision has been reached Not Started

Could you give some details on this please?

Sometimes it takes couple of days..... Wait for today. And see if u get an AOR by tomorrow morning. If you don't find any change in your application status call CIC.

Actually my 60 days ends on 20th October and am totally freaked by now.Yeah i guess i need to wait for Monday morning before i see a change.

Hello,

When you submit your application for Permanent Residency, this is how you see in the "View my submitted application or profiles" tabular column:
E0* Permanent Residency <your name> <date> Submitted Read
E0* Express Entry <your name> <date> Invitation Received Read

You will see a new entry line in the "View my submitted application or profiles" tabular column. The newer line (Permanent Residency) would contain the electronic AOR.

Please re-verify

Oh k so i might have to wait a bit i guess ..i see only 2 lines in my "View my application or profile". But what freaks me is the Application status : Invitation received which ideally should be open, ineligible or declined.

Probably just a weekend thing. It should be set right by next week. Good thing is that you have received the payment confirmation so CIC is duty bound to process your application and answerable for any technical glitches.

Me and there are 5+ other guys on forum (check my threads)

we are stuck on Application status : Invitation received since september submission, exact same scenario, nothing changed for past 45 days.

So you never know whats going on inside ?

Did you try sending a CSE ?I am wondering whether to send a CSE . Called CIC today twice and they say i have to send one. I will try that anyways . If i get any response will let you guys know

Guys i only have today and tomorrow left till my invitation expires is there anything else i can do to change the status???

Did your ECA or language test expire between getting an ITA and submitting the application?

Hi everyone ....My status has been updated to OPEN now ...Phew felt like i just landed from a roller coaster ride after 2 days....i received the AOR too ..
Does it look like this???

I dint get an additional line in View my submitted application or profiles but got it in the status and messages.
