Hi dan_and.. Yes i think this might be the reason. The EE profile first asks whether X has taken IELTS test and we obviously enter yes. The next logical question should be IELTS score whereas the system ask has X taken a French Test. If we enter No, then system completes the form and we move to next section. But I read the post which you copied and saw people having a similar issue where they have chosen yes for french and entered their IELTS score and then their profile was eligible.
Now, shall I also follow the same thing. But when system is asking for French can we chose yes and enter our IELTS scores. I mean wont CIC take this as misrepresentation of the fact. And secondly, if I go ahead by chosing yes then do I need to create a new GCkey and then create a profile? What should I input when system asks have you applied to CIC before? Should I choose No here? And lastly, is there a way we can inform CIC about this system glitch.
