I have a big concern regarding my SINP application. I stated in my application one financial institution which issued my bank statement, but actually received this bank statement from another institution. Because I met some difficulties with the bank, where I supposed to get my proof of funds initially.

I am going to send my bank statement via email. They allow to send some missing documents after having submitted the application.

My application is already submitted and I can make no changes. Can it be a problem that I stated another bank in my application? Maybe better withdraw the application and fill it from the beginning? Or just send the letter with explanation?

I imagine your LOE should be enough for them to accept this statement. Your personal financial profile doesn't really matter to a province or CIC. What does matter is if you have the required funds and they are unencumbered. Which is the case here so you should be fine in my opinion.

Of course, there is no guarantee on any deviations from the norm but a nicely drafted LOE is the best you can do under these circumstances and hope for them to consider it favorably at their end.

All the best!

Be patient. They take a while to respond - anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.

Hello Asivad Anac,

I have a question regarding my NOC.
Could you please help?
I am not able to register/getting membership with engineering society (e.g. APEGA) to proof my job as an engineer. My current employment status is a project engineer (chemical engineer), however, due to the lack of provincial license, my job title was changed to project coordinator. What NOC code would fit me as a project coordinator? My responsibility would include purchasing, regulatory, and helping in designing of plant (I'm still a trainee). Would administrative officer NOC suit me?

Thank you so much

Couldn't find anything more suited for your specific case. Even though it is clearly sub-optimal (being a NOC B) you might have to go with NOC 1221.

All the best!
