ASAP Help needed - stuck at paying fees for in-laws visitors visa application

Hi,

I was at last stage to pay the fees for visiting visa, but the website says it's not available due to under maintenance so i exited the application.

Now, if i go back to the application i am not seeing a proceed or other buttons to view the old application or to pay the fees. Confused...Please help on this.

Currently i am seeing as below:

Columns : Date Last saved / Details / I'dlike to
Values : April 15th 2015 2:00:00 PM / Processing Submission /

Hi,

I also encountered this situation.
But what is worse is that I did have payed the application fee.
After the payment confirmation record was shown, I didn't return to the CIC from the button shown on the webpage.
Then, I logged into my account, it is still `processing submission` and I cannot do anything about it.
I don't know what happened, and how can I get back my charged money.

Could you tell me how do you solve the problem after that?
I have send email to the enquiry address, but never get the reply.
