I want to know that i m currently studying in CANADA can i call my wife as a dependent if yes, then what conditions apply on her? can she do a job as professionally and how much? and what next after my study completed?

Your wife can apply for an open work permit.

For you:

Before your study getting completed you can apply for changes in your immigration status or to extend your stay in Canada.

You can apply for work permit as you are already in Canada, in one or more of the following programs:

* Off-campus work permit program;
* Co-op work program;
* Post-graduation work employment program

It is important to apply for the renewal before the expiry of your current status.
