PLease advise me...Do I need to fill out background declaration IMM 5669 as well or just my sponsored spouse!?!?!

IMM 5669 needs to be filled out by the Permanent Residence applicant (or applicants, if you're including dependent children who are 18 years old or older), not the sponsor.

Thanks! The wording on forms is so confusing...

The forms are listed according to who needs to fill them out...so there are forms specific to the sponsor, and forms specific to the applicant. If you forget which is for whom, simply refer to the CIC website again.
