I got the admission into Conestoga College for may 2020 and my visa is approved as well. Due to the pandemic, my course has been deferred to Jan 2021 as they can't provide online classes for my course and seats for fall 2020 are full. They will be issuing a new offer letter for the respective intake. My question is if I get my new offer letter by June end or early July, as I have my visa approved can I travel to Canada by the earliest date? or else should I wait till December and travel before one month of my college commencing date?

As far as i know you cannot enter canada way too early since u r not able to work before studies start.
You will have to wait till December, otherwise visa officers might question you that why have you come so early. They might even send you back.
But how do students travel be it now or in December? Which airlines can we book through?
No airline is flying scheduled flights to Canada...it's all only evacuation flights right now.
Students are going canada. But they must have visa, and a valid reason that why can't they study their course online.
