Arriving in Canada Please Help Very Urgent

I applied for a University Located in Canada and will be leaving soon but I am unable to find a Connected flight to Vancouver the place where the University is ... I will be arriving at Toronto will take my luggage than will take another flight but what about the Immigration where will it be done ? Toronto or Vancouver?

Will this be a problem?
