Hi,
I have finally got all the information, forms, checks, and ect ready for my husbands application. He is a UK citizen and is moving here to Canada and applying for his Spousal Visa. We will be applying outland even though he will be here in Canada with me. He is planning on coming in January. My question is what does he tell the border agency when he arrives so they allow him in? He is technically allowed to be a visitor for at least six months without a visa as a UK citizen, but I know they can still hassle you if you do not convince them you are not planning to stay illegally. What is the best thing he can tell them to be allowed into Canada without any problems when he arrives? He will only have a one way ticket as he is planning on applying for the visa once he is here. Thank you so much
