honestly it is up to you... i was like 20 or 30 mins after the time on the invite and only half of us was there. the first hour is literally everyone joining the line and registering, returning your pr card and finding your assigned seat and the last 10-15 mins before the actual ceremony begins they let you go update your parking ticket or add more time or use the bathroom.
