They said that the 6-month period started from the time they received the completed documents. If they count the time from March 5, they I have to wait until Sept.

So if you submitted the documents they have to process the file, irrespective of the quota issues .Since arrima started only 2000 invitations are issued ,so stay calm guys and hope for the best

I don't think we will be concerned, it won't affect 2020 quota, it's too late.
Maybe in 2021, it depends on how the economy will be after the crisis.
