This is a tricky situation. There are many people in similar situation. I wouldn't risk with Quebec immigration.
In my opinion, you should give an IELTS exam and submit an updated sheet.
Just went through the documents checklist which says following in regards to IELTS -
"The results that you provide must be dated within two years of the date of submitting your application."
I'm in the same boat. Mine expires next month, but i have already been invited. When i checked with helpdesk, they confirmed no need to give IELTS again as invitataion has already been sent..
Yes, I have the same issue. I called MiDi they said you got invitation so no need. But still waiting for documents request since july 04.
Can you tell us which docs were rejected and what you think would be the problem?
In my opinion, the date of submitting your application = the date when you submitted your application in Mon pojet after getting the invitation.
so no need to retake ielts.

Check these links, this is what i got.
College Transcripts - I sent them my original CT issued from college, they said they want the transcripts which are issued by the ministry.
Job Experience Attestation - 2 of my job letters did not include "specific hours" i did, they said they want a letter which mentions specific hours not just part time or full time.
For the College Transcripts i spoke both to the Ministry of Education QC and QC Immigration, they said i would have to Authenticate the transcripts.
Which means, they would put their official stamp and seal in an envelope and letter is also included by the minister in it.
I sent these 3 docs again on last Monday and I have received the Acknowledgement message today morning. Hopefully there will be an answer before the holidays.

For the College Transcripts, what you send to them is just the copy of your transcript? I send them the original transcript, but without sealed envelope. I donot know it will works or not? thanks.
It was original transcripts from the college which came with the official Diploma but it was issued by college.
Mine was a 3 yrs Diploma DEC, in this case ministry won't issue the transcripts but the college do. So that's why I had to get the transcripts authenticated and then sent it.
In my opinion, they might ask you to send this document again.
Unless yours were a DEP 2 yrs, and transcripts are issued by the education Ministry of Quebec.

I have two degrees. One is B.S. which is obtained outside Canada. I sent them with the transcript issued from the university.
The other one is M.S. which is from Quebec university. I just checked my transcript. It seems that it is also issued from the university not from the Ministry of Quebec. Do you think they will ask me to authenticate all these transcript or just the higher degree transcript, M.S. It is not easy to get the transcript authenticated for the B.S. degree. Thanks.

University has authority and they have their own official stamp. I have seen mostly, in university case they provide such things in an envelope with their university sale.
I have a strong feeling that they won't ask you again for this because it's issued from a Canadian university.
