Yes I have received an invite on July-04. Inland applicant holding validated job offer.

On the Arrima letter, they just asked to apply for CSQ again in Mon Projet website.
So basically, we are now at the same step as before the law passed: waiting for the documents request.

did you do the Comparative Evaluation for Studies Done Outside Québec ? do you know if it is mandatory to do it in order to get the invitation?

This is incorrect. They have selected the inland applicants who hold a Job Offer or are still living in Quebec.
