Arranged Employment showing as "0" in CRS even though NOC A with Code 2171

I have completed one year on Work permit in Canada on NOC -A Code 2171. But while creating Express Entry profile Arranged Employment points is showing as "0" instead of "50"

I have Closed Work permit valid for 2 years as mentioned on my Work permit with starting date as 05-Mar-2016. Company has provided Offer letter but there is no end date mentioned.

I have Closed Work permit valid for 2 years as mentioned on my Work permit with starting date as 05-Mar-2016. Company has provided Offer letter but there is no end date mentioned.

That letter needs to explicitly state the job offer extends past a year after you get PR.

Either way you need to show us your answers to your questions otherwise we can't see why you aren't getting the extra 50 points.
