HI guys

I completed my education in canada. Now i am working for a company on a contract , i have a letter from my company stating i work 40 hours a week and 5 days in a week. I have been with this company for almost 9 months now.
Can i claim for points under FSW for work experience. ( i already have 16 months of CO-op experience)
And also i do have a letter form this company stating they will extend my contract for another 4 years. Can i get points for arranged employment.

Will really appreciate if someone can provide feedback. Thankyou

if ur work permit fall in NOC O,A Or B and your employer has made a permanent full time job offer to you then u can claim AE points.

You may qualify under CEC, in which case you don't really need to think about points.

Was the degree/diploma/certificate program you completed in Canada a 2 year+ program? If the answer is yes and your current job title falls under the NOC 0,A,B, then you may well qualify under CEC with another 3 months of experience.

As for the 15 AE points. Not only you must have a job offer for an indefinite amount of time that falls under the NOC 0,A,B. Your employer must apply and be approved of an AEO or LMO for such a position from HRSDC.
