Arranged Employment Points

Dear Forum Members,

I have created express entry profile and current score is 441 including offer letter points. I am on ICT since 3.3 years and I have another 9 months valid offer.

If I applied with offer letter points while they accept my application as my current validity 9 months.

Any one has applied with similar case and approved PR

Hi I have also applied using the Canadian job offer letter and an additional reference letter from my Canadian office stating that I am on permanent full-time position with the company and will continue to work with them . Because I am with the same organization past six years even before coming to Canada. And I am also ICT employee with LMIA exempted closed wp. When I received my AOR I had 18 months more validity on my original offer letter issued in Canada. I am a March applicant. My recent GCMS notes states Review Required for arranged employment under the eligibility part. So I am not sure if they are accepting my proofs or not. I suggest checking with any legal advisor on this.

Did you submitted Payslips, T4, Tax assements, offer letter and Salary letter documents

Yes I have submitted everything related to taxes and offer letter from my home country and Canadian offer letter and I have served in different countries for the same organization so I submitted all those letters and retererence letters and actually hell lot of proofs to prove that I am a permanent full time employee of the company. I have been working for them past six years. It's not a small company as well. It's one of the largest IT consulting companies in the world. Despite all that the irony is that my elIgeligibi is unfortunately still under review. In GCMs the agent has made a note to the Visa officer regarding this and they have mentioned additional review Required . This GCMS notes data is from May 24th . I am just hoping that I have cleared eligibility by now. Not sure. Just a hope .

You have misunderstood the meaning of "valid job offer." A valid job offer is not for your current job. It is a FUTURE offer of employment, valid for at least one year after you become a permanent resident. So, no, your previous offer letter will not be accepted for those points.

I have a valid job offer letter for employement for the future year from my current employer, but I am on PWGP and exempt from LMIA, I am not sure if I get extra points, and If I do, how I get that

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify for the 50 job offer points.

Hi,

I have a question incase you have an idea on the same.
I am on Closed work permit + LMIA approved on date April 3rd 2019(last year).

As the LMIA was for 2 year the validity is till April 2021( Now less than 1 year) , can i still claim this as Valid Job offer.
My offer letter does not mention any END contract date, though it states I am on permanent employee contract.

I can claim the 1 year experience points => Yes i believe
Valid job offer 50 points = > Any comments

No, you can’t use your old offer letter to claim job offer points. There are lot of recent posts in this forum regards your case and it led to rejections so you should search for those. Example: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...a-company-transfer.645099/page-4#post-8454929

check the IRCC link previously posted, it should have the minimum requirements of valid job offer should contain for an LMIA-exempt work permit holder.

Hi,

I see you have received an ITA with CEC and looking for offer letter sample, would you please share some details in case you got any.
I am working with an IT consultant on valid LMIA (Closed Worked Permit , NOC A) , and i am looking to get an updated offer letter from my company, currently looking for some guidelines/points to be mentioned on the offer letter which serves the purpose to get 50 points of arranged Employment.

Please share some info.
