Arranged Employment (mandatory, if applicable)

Hello,
I am getting same error message, I am not claiming points for arrangement employment I am on my PGWP but they are asking me to upload doc, Do i need to contact them first and did they accept your letter?

Can I upload a letter of explanation in the same section as I am having another explanation letter for my work experience?

Did you try to contact them or just simply uploaded empty doc and gave explanation, I am getting same error and don’t know what to do.
