I have question about Question 9 in form IMM5540

Check ‘‘Yes’’ or ‘‘No’’ to indicate if you are a naturalized Canadian or a permanent resident.

If you answer ‘‘Yes’’, provide the date on which you became a permanent resident.

I landed on April 23, 2004 is this the date I became permanent resident? They give me PR card after 2 or 3 months? So which date I put. Now I have my Citizenship card already I got it in 2007.
