Hi,

So, i decided to deleted, recreated and resubmit my profile lured by OOPNP details. I faced some drama but i finally did it and got TI same day.

My details -
NOC- 1123
Master's from Ontario

I am waiting to file up for OOPNP till next draw. It's not about the $1,500 CAD but also about the fact that being at 451 points, i might just get picked over without OOPNP.

What's your opinion, are you going for it ?

Guys there are no data points to indicate that the scores could drop to 400s. Everyone is merely speculating. If you have received a PT, its worth it to take a chance if you are serious about immigrating and can invest 1500 bucks in the future. No reason not to.

Based on what I read and understood (my interpretation) one would need to be a bachelors at minimum and if the ECA states you are a bachelors or more - everything should be good I would expect.

But I am confused about this statement:

It says in the T & C

This is one possible way of ensuring that only serious applications desirous of residing in Ontario avail this nomination and not simply use this as a backdoor entry into Canada with no intention of staying in Ontario for longer than necessary.

Other forum members were wondering about this because other provinces have clearly defined minimum residency requirements up to 3 years from granting PR. This is Ontario's way of doing the same.
