You have two options;

Either wait for it to expire on the 12th of January before a creating a new one or completely withdraw your profile now and create a new one.

Eitherways you are supposed to get an email that will let you know it will be expiring with instructions on what to do next.

Make sure you save a screen shot of all the information you entered so it will easy to re-enter them once you create a new profile.

Yes u can wait for another draw, if at all it happens by 11th... And then re-create!

Though, I have created profile on Sept 14,2015 only.

Is this the subject line "Is your Express Entry profile about to expire? "

If yes, then ignore the mail. It was sent to all, just to notify about profile expiry after 12 months of creation. Its relevant for those who created their profile in Jan/Feb 2015.
