are transcripts necessary ??

I received ITA and uploaded all of the supporting documents. In the section of proof of education, CIC specifies that:

“You must provide proof that you completed your post-secondary education. Examples of proof of education include a diploma and/or degree.”

In that case, should I submit my transcripts as well or just degrees/diplomas?
If I submit only degrees/diplomas, will I be required to submit transcripts at later stages of application process?

Nope..just ECA and degree/ diploma certificates IMO

It is always advisable to upload the following:
1. Degrees/Diplomas
2. ECA report
3. Transcripts or detailed mark-sheets, either of the two.

Some things go without saying, so why not avoid any trouble in the future by being extra careful right now.

Problem is that there is a typo in my transcript. I have got a new transcript. I can explain the discrepancy and provide both of transcripts. I am afraid that the officer may not believe me and cancel my application.

NO....for ECA I have read multiple times that they have asked for ECA via ADR where it was not uploaded in the first place.

I submitted my application couple weeks ago with no transcript or ECA. Just go by what they need as per official website and don't listen to fear mongerers.

On an official website where we upload supporting documents, it requests only degree. However, again on the official website where they explain documentation requirements, they say candidates should send transcripts if available. I can provide a link if you want. So confusing.
