Are these Documents necessary for Study Permit

Hi, My friend S. V is applying for a study Permit, below are his S. questions

Are the below documents need to be sent,
1. 10th/12th mark sheets
2. Work Exp certificates
3. Cover Letter/SOP

I am applying through VFS, university checklist....

It depends what documents the concerned institution is requiring. Go to their admission requirement section and there you can find which transcripts they are looking for....!!!

Hi,

According to university checklist. 10/12 Marks sheet and of Post secondary education are highly recommended but not complusary.

For work experience you need to fill details if asked in form otherwise no need to attach them They haven't asked for experience certificate anywhere.

Cover letter is just to mention your source of funds. Mentioning how you will arrange for them and who is paying for same. You may attach SOP, but make it short like in 1/2 Pages maximum. Don't bother to explain in 4/5 pages because VO don't have time to read those lengthy paragraphs.

Its strictly advisable to go by checklist without attaching any extra documents unless asked so by Visa Officer.

Dont attach originals just photocopies :)

And please go through checklist carefully

Photocopies are accepted • Any document not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation.......

All previous educational documents (originals only) should be submitted.....................

You need to chill dude. Don't try to conflict everybody. Not everybody is from Pakistan.

He is from India and needs to follow Indian checklist.
 
beg ur pardon if m wrong... but if a thing is not in the list .. y unnecessarily put it ...?
... if they had ever wanted it all ... they wud hav mentioned it in the list...
and how r u gonna put it ... at the end of the documnts in the list? under the head Annexures? and people please stop contradicting ur very own statements... U say go as per list n do not submit any extra doc unless the vo has asked .. AND then u talk of submitting 10/12 marksheets etc etc...

Although 10th/12th mark sheets are not in the University checklist, but everybody i have asked seems to have send them....
Do not know whether to send them or not...

Its mentioned to submit most recent marksheet and recent diploma/certificate.


So if you are applying for Bachelors you need to submit diploma or 10/12 sheets.

If applying for masters then submit mark sheets of degree.

S.Vettel is applying for masters.. So degree cert and mark sheets are enough...

No. They are not required. You have to fill details in the form where they have asked, nothing more. If they will need it they will ask for it.
