I dont see how this question matters. What is the context of this question. If you not sure where to immigrate and want to decide basis this question. I have a better idea for you, If you want to live around your people better stay in India. When you are moving to a different country such narrow outlook will only land you in trouble.

East Indian ppls / Punjabi are lots in Canada , and for Australia their lots of Fiji's and south Indian as well as Punjabi's / East Indian ..
