Are there any points for acquiring Accounting CPA through MRA with ACCA?

No points for cpa canada if not earned by appearing in exams. Similarly for claiming canadian education degree must b earned by spending minimum 50% time inside canada which again is not applicable in these cases

CPA license doesn't give you any additional points no matter if it's earned by exam or reciprocity. You only get 50 points for professional license in trade or business, such as a plumber, electrician, etc.
