Not at all sure client-specific-calls are always noted in the client's record, but there are a number of reports that ATIP responses indicate there is at least a notation reflecting a contact on the occasion of some such calls. Whether or not, or to what extent, specific details about the call are part of what is recorded, beyond the simple fact of the contact itself, is not clear.
