Are Photographs also requested with Passport Request for PR Visa stamping?

Generally Passport Request email does not ask for submission of photographs.

1. Has anyone received a request for photographs along with PPR email??

2. If yes, what is the photo specification - size, quantity, details??

3. Are any photographs required at time of landing??

Very rare its been asked , but have seen few of applicants have been asked specifically.

Ideally the photos you have given while filing application initially suffice for your PR Cards after landing .
For photo details you can always go to cic site and search for PR card photo details to get the info.
If you are landing at CIC office , you will be required to bring 2 Photographs.

I have been asked to provide photographs a week after my PP was received by CIC. Following link was given in CIC email for photo specification that requested photos:
