You guys have long way to go, Those who applied in March/April for fall term are getting passport requests now. and then there is DLI/non DLI on the list. Hopefully yours would be less waiting time since they started working from November 2nd.
I see. But how come there are people who applied in September and August and got OPR in October?

Exactly. This logic that it's first come first serve is not correct at all. I applied on the 2nd of Sep and got my OPR on the 23rd of Oct.

I heard it depends on how fast IRCC is able to verify your info and I applied with a lot of documents that might explain the delay but still its too much...
Did you get your PP back?

Judging by this forum, I think that they process applications in batches on a monthly basis. I have yet to see someone who applied in June getting an OPR.

Same thing which I observed as well usually it's last in first out, AIP's were given in that now order. Now maybe they changed their method to first in last out for OPR.
