Are people getting ATIPs or not anymore??

I applied ATIPs for two family members (separate applications made few days apart) on Nov 30,2021. Both received today (weirdly on a long weekend Sunday but not complaining). Both files have file location redacted, is this normal?

Note: Applied under privacy act and received 3 minutes apart at 1.59pm and 2.02pm.

Hello, when the ATIPs were generates, i mean the printing date??

Generated on Dec 23, 2021 so outdated by almost 2 months. Regardless, I don’t believe there would have been any movement on the files because it would have reflected on the online tracker.

A notable thing is that both files are pretty much identical with criminality passed but one has background completed and one doesn’t on the online tracker. Do fingerprint requests have something to do with criminality clearance vs security clearance ? TIA if someone can shed some light on this.

I applied November 22 and received today, generated Dec 22 same thing and it also appears they were created in hurry, without any measurable updates! I also would think they are created sometime this month but with the previous date!

The notes are not created, they are just pulled from a digital system and AFAIK the redactions are made manually. Going by that, if there was an update in the system it would show in the notes.
 
I requested notes on Jan 3rd through ATIP-Privacy act and received it today.
It says it was generated on jan 25.

I recieved my ATIP notes today too, they must have been trying to clear a backlog. Requested Dec 10th, generated date Jan 6th, delivered Feb 20th.
