Are people getting ATIPs or not anymore? Applied for GCMS on Nov 22nd and so far no response! Sent a few reminders and funny thing no response for those too!

i saw a few getting within 30 - 40 days the rest later and few NEVER...

I also applied at the beginning of the month, let's see if I get a reply before I get my Test / BG / FP req ,... lol

I think they consider ATIP notes as interruption to their work, and thus they can decide not to give them. I have never received mine

That seems absolutely right! Because before this I applied a couple of times and received in 30 days but this time around they even don’t care to say its due to covid we can’t provide timely or anything they simply appear to ignore request!

Requested ATIP in October and also sent 6 webforms requesting an update but radio silence since.

How is that so? The people who handle ATIP (IRCC) requests are of an office that is dedicated to just ATIP (IRCC) requests. They do nothing else. So that is their work!

There is a long wait time. Closer to 3 months. It looks like some of the workforce has been reallocated and may be working on the Afghanistan refugee files.
